Position Description

Austin Geriatric Specialists (AGS) is the leading provider of excellent and evidence based geriatric care in the Austin area.

AGS is seeking a full time Advanced Practice Nurse (NP or CNS) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Southeast Austin Area.

Schedule: Monday through Friday. 40 hours/week.

Salary: Starting at $110,000+ dependent on experience. We offer a competitive BASE salary + a productivity bonus.

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and skilled nursing staff.
Experience in the clinical management of acute and chronically ill complex geriatric patients preferred but not required.
Positive and inquisitive attitude.
Computer skills/EHR experience preferred.

License/Training:
Texas advanced practice license with prescriptive authority. DEA not required.
